● International delivery is a complex system. The parcel leaves the territory of Ukraine in 3-4 days after sending to your country. Sometimes there are delays at customs, in international hubs and airports. Don't worry! Your order will be delivered to you :)
● When the package leaves Ukraine and is on the way to your country, tracking system doesn't show its location. It doesn't mean that package got lost, it means package was not scanned in your country yet. Don't worry! Just wait for the information to update.
